Desirae is by far the best radiology tech I have ever met. If I could give Desirae ten stars I would. Getting and MRI is a scary thing to do. As you are encircled by a machine that is claustrophobic by nature. And the loud noises and beeps are something from a scary movie. Which is typical of all MRI’s, and I have had three in my life. And experience really doesn’t calm your nerves. I was nervous, but thinking I was a “macho” guy I said this would be no problem. However, Desirae was very professional and communicated in such layman’s terms. I was completely at ease. She is so nice and patient. She explained everything and talked to me via a speaker to make sure I was “OK” after every picture taken. She has a calming affect and it was just above and beyond. You can’t teach what wonderful skills she has with patients. I for one getting my shoulder analyzed was very grateful for having her take care of me. Thanks again Desirae!!

I went there for a bone density scan. I'm new to the area and my doctor referred me to them. The service was excellent. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend them and will definitely select them for any radiology needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST COMPANY EVER. On hold for an hour to make an appointment, then they canceled last minute for a mammogram and told me I had to wait another "month or two." Then my son needed an x-ray and after another long hold on the phone for scheduling, they told me to "walk in anywhere." When I got there, they made a big deal about me "having a two year old and just walking in." Me and my son were treated like garbage. When he got scared for his x-ray and started to cry, the staff was annoyed and started to huff and puff and sigh loudly saying "can't you just make him quiet" Then today I called to make my appointment for a repeat mammogram and was hung up on because I did not have the doctor's NPI....after being on hold forever. I will welcome a new radiology company with open arms because Tower is garbage and obviously does not care about children or helping people.

Any tests other than regular x-rays need appointments. Just call your closest Tower and they will schedule your appointment.
Usually, when you schedule your appointment they will tell you what you need to have for the procedure. If they don't, you should ask. Most procedures require some type of preparation and or previous results you've had pertaining to the same or similar ailment. Most times your doctor will provide all needed previous results that apply. I hope this helps in the future.
It depends on the test. If it is one that would have been done by a radiologist at tower they will have it on record. If it was not done through tower then thry will not have thst info. If u can remember the last hospital/ doctors office u were seen at that would be the best place to call fot that information. Hope this helps you.
