Slower service, but very kind staff who were excellent to speak with during the order process. My main issue is I ordered extra onion on my burger, it went on the order, but the staff building my burger failed to put anything but 1 lonely ring from an onion slice on my burger. If I was eating in the restaurant I would have gone back up to address the issue, but I didn't discover the issue until I arrived home.

We ordered through the drive-thru after our daughter’s track meet. The drive-thru was incredibly slow to begin with and they didn’t have several items that were advertised on the menu. After driving away, we found that the baked potato we ordered was not included in the bags. Later that evening, I contacted the store through their complaint form and never received a follow-up. I realize that mistakes happen in food service, but lack of follow-up to a complaint is a sign of a poorly run franchise. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The grilled chicken sandwich was inedible. The fries my friend got were Luke warm. False advertising as far as the photos and commercials on television.Wendys used to be a good fast food chain. Never will I ever go back

Food was good although the nuggets were somewhat cold. Lobby needed some attention . It did not appear that any manager was on as there was loud, boisterous laughing coming from everybody behind the counter. Reminded me of being a high school student taking a test with other student while being overseen by a teacher who is then leaves for a long period of time. Shenanigans ensue! Do better guys!
