Been an owner for years. I have noticed the last few years that the place is slipping a bit. Office staff is nothing like they used to be. The rooms are also not as clean and crisp as in the past. The pool should also be vacuumed daily but I rarely see them clean it. The management and organization seems a bit disfuntional too. I guess having the same old board members for years is part of the problem too. All in all a good place but definitely not what Is used to be!!!!

Call the office they will let you know what's open and who wants to rent out, each week and place is different.
Yes, The Limetree Beach Resort is right on the beach.

Saturday to Saturday, but they will rent partial weeks sometimes.
There are a few Hotels near Limetree beach that have good restaurants. The holiday inn has a fabulous brunch on Sundays. There is a great snack bar on the Public beach there right on the corner great shrimp. Leona Helmsey has a hotel with a restaurant too. The prices aren't that bad either. After all you are on vacation
Yes, Limetree will be closing to do maintenance and repairs. The March newsletter says weeks 37-48 are when Limetree will close so that will be September 15th-December 8th.
Hi it could be a number of things! I would check your junk folder in your email and if that doesnt solve it, you could contact the office and explain the issue.
Back to normal, they are changing all the railings around the property.
