well the person working,the bald guy asked my sister to go with him down stairs to get some towels and started touching my sister..I'm furious but I'm not sure how to go about contacting someone to get help

It is in the middle of what used to be the ghetto, now rich yuppies fill the neighborhood and the displaced poor go to the Oregon on pay day. The toilet was completely broken for two of the three days there and at night time there were crack heads skittering from room to room. The owners seemed really nice though unable to do anything about the toilet which lets face it, is a big part of what you're paying for.
