Hi, I am sorry we are not in-network with that plan. If that plan is an HMO type of dental benefits you will be assigned to 1 particular office. If its a PPO type plan, we can see you as an out of Network provider. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Hi Sue. I do apologize as our office does not work with any HMO plans. The only offices in the area I know of are Great Expressions and Coast Dental. If you can not find one you like, our office does have its own membership discount plan like your HMO. Best,

If your health insurance provides dental benefits, our financial office will work with you to optimize your coverage while minimizing your out-of-pocket expense. We are also happy to help you file insurance claims to expedite your reimbursement from non-participating plans.

To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.
