Sergio, the new owner of Gotcha Covered of Apollo Beach, installed plantation shutters in our Waterset home today. We are very please with the entire process. The shutters were installed 3.5 weeks after I placed the order! Sergio was very patient with my many questions and some changes.

We met Sergio as an installer for another company. We were in the middle of a year long nightmare until we met Sergio. He was in the process of purchasing the Gotcha Covered Franchise. We placed our order with Sergio and 3-weeks later our Hunter Douglas Shutters were installed at our house.
