Waiting for things to smooth out. Always issues trying to understand when they’re coming, Always issues with app. Called to try to fix and nothing changes. This is my third month with them. Wondering if this was a mistake. 😞 UPDATE: 12/20/21:Charging me earlier and earlier and yet again never scheduling delivery. I have to call every month to get a delivery out there. Save yourself the hassle and do not go with this company. Apparently my service is out of Orlando. They cannot get their “stuff” together UPDATE: 2022 after speaking with the local Depot manager and him linking me to the calendar, things seem to be smoother this year. The only problem was last month when there was a 5 week month and they delayed me an entire week (sending me messages Day by day) which resulted in only having 3 weeks before the next delivery and messed up our water jug availability as in we didn’t empty our second jug. Changing rating to 3 from one now. Glad to see improvement.
