The company replaced my roof and did a ok job but left the permit open for years when I went to sell my house we found that the permit was open. I made several calls to have them close it out but no one would call me back. I was told I would have to have an engineer to which would cost me a lot of money. I had to get the county involved and they went after them and the permit was finally closed. If I were to get a roof replaced I would get my own permit I would not trust them !!!!

We were told it would be a two day job which ended up taking over a week. They didn’t show up or call us on the scheduled start date. They came a couple days later after we called repeatedly. They tore all of the old shingles off and then didn’t she up for a few days. Never returned calls . Finally we got in touch with someone who told us they didn’t have the materials yet that they would be in touch when thy did. They finally showed up 8 days later to finish. They left tons of debris everywhere including broken glass. They then charged us full price and refused to compensate reasonably for such poor service. We do not recommend Duncan roofs. They only reason we are giving two stars is because they seem to have done the roof correctly.

INVOLVED IN A ACCIDENT WITH HIS TRUCK. COMPANY DON'T WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLES FOR. FLYING DEBRIS FROM DUNCAN ROOF TRUCK BROKE MY WINDSHIELD. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE NOR RETURN THE CALLS. Mr. DUNCAN, TRY TO REMEMBER WHAT BEEN A RESPONSIBLE HUMAN MEANS. MAN UP. FIX MY WINDSHIELD.
