Unfortunately we did not have the greatest stay at this hotel. It certainly is the lowend spectrum of Hilton.our room was not clean at all when we entered. Cable does not work elevators are horribly slow. Definitely would not come back to this lowclass Hilton...Very outdated. Also the front desk staff was pretty rude about handling the cable issue , however, a huge shout out to the night shift manager. He was extremely sweet and kind!

On August the 27th I reserved a room at the double tree redington Beach Hotel. I was traveling with my mother and sister and I reserved a double Queen bedroom. I received the confirmation and the next day I got a notification on the Hilton Honors app asking me to check in. The app did not show me an option to change the checking options. I just hit check-in it said the app would give me a digital key.it never did. I arrived to the hotel and the person in the reception informs me that I changed my room. According to them I changed to a king size bed. I explained to them that I did not make any changes. How could I make any changes if I am traveling with two more people. Their attitude was very stubborn and they blamed me for it. They just said it was my fault. Even the manager said it was my fault because I made a change in the app. They offered to set up a small bed in the room. They assigned me a room on the 5th floor. I go upstairs enter the room and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Meanwhile my mother and my sister are waiting for me. All my luggage is in my car and we have to wait until somebody comes to fix the AC. I go downstairs and tell the front desk to give me a different room. They said no… to what they say everything is booked. It was early. They could have given me my room. But they preferred to inconvenience me and my family instead of honoring my confirmation. On top of that they wanted my family out of the room they had given me on the 5th floor because the maintenance guy was coming to fix the AC…. After some time they gave me a room on the 6th floor with the little uncomfortable bed and they said it was an upgrade. I had the worst night sleep. That bad was all springs and it made noise every time I moved. Not to say it was uneven, and comfortable in design like. Like for a kid in a hospital. I received my invoice and the cost was the same for a double queen bed. I go to the reception to complain in the lady says “that bed is actually very comfortable. I have slept in that one in emergencies. I told hwr my reservation wasn’t honored and I had a poor night sleep. I shouldn't have to argue with a receptionist and the manager over an agreement I made with Hilton Honors. If I paid for that double queen bedroom I should be given a double queen bedroom especially if I arrive early and for sure the other rooms hadnt been taken. I would also like to mention that the basement floor connecting the entrance to the beach access in the parking lot smells like garbage. It stinks from the moment one gets off the car into the entrance area. It’s a foul smell. This area is right next to the kitchen and it smells bad. Like grease and trash. Why does Hilton allow a nasty entrance smell if that is the first impression one gets of the hotel. Why am I blamed for am app and for the poor accountability of the management team.

They have covered parking and then on the second level where you enter lobby its un covered. Are you looking for public beach parking or guest parking for neighboring hotels/motels/Inns?
What renovations? I have not noticed any and I eat in Mangos at least once per week.
No pets unless service animal
Yes, there was a gentleman staying there this last week with his pet. However, pets are not allowed on that section of beach. There is beach spot a couple miles away that allow pets

That's correct, but it seems they do a great job cleaning it up daily. So you're good to go.
I think this resort has no golf packages. It is situated direct at the beach. There are no greens

Yes, from the rooms I've experienced, they did seem to come standard. Also, coffee maker, etc. Hope this helps!!!
