Wonderful location! Our friends were staying at the hotel so we were just add-ons to the party. This place is right on the beach an about a quarter mile from the nearest public parking, so not too bad to join in the fun in the sun!

Ideal for families, you leave your room and you are literally on the beach, definitely an option to consider if you want rest and vacations

The Belleair Beach Resort Motel is a basic motel. Placing the word "resort" in the name does not change that fact. But, if you are looking for a quiet place directly on the beach with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, this is it. Bonus: The Kooky Coconut (homemade ice cream and Cuban Sandwiches) is just two miles away.

not all rooms have coffee maker in room but is in the office and a few restaurants you can walk to but a short drive, mile or two
Hello. We provide one parking pass per room. Your whole vehicle must fit inside the lines. Also, we do not provide access for a jet ski into the water. Please look into parking at the Belleair Causeway Boat Ramp. It is very close by. They have boat ramps and access into the water. https://www.belleairbluffs.org/the-boat-ramp.aspx
