We just started a two week rental at unit number 503. Extremely outdated unit and extremely dirty unit. Sinks do not drain, toilets do not flush, windows are filthy, carpet’s have major stains on them, very scarce linens, etc. but mostly the problem is the unit is dirty. I hope the owners see this post. It has completely ruined three couples two week vacation. Hoping the rental agent can find us a new place tomorrow. I am going home today it’s that bad.

Not family friendly. Pool closes at 6:00. Camera’s watching your every move. Long term residence are not friendly. Would not recommend.

The Rose condominium has a two week minimum rental period for all units, so...no.
