I lived here for a year, and very much enjoyed it. The buildings, units, and grounds are kept clean and maintained well. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly, and Matt and Eileen were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

I have lived at The Reef from April 2021 to November 2021. I moved only because I received a job offer in TN. This area is a perfect location along with having fiber internet connection. Some places do not have fiber, but The Reef does! This made the work from home situation that much better. They have a personal cart for moving items into and out of your unit, which was really nice. Matt and Eileen are excellent property managers and were always able to answer questions. You can also request maintenance for the unit as well. The maintenance team was able to assist with any issues. If you are looking into apartments and want a great location and living space, this is the spot to be.

I lived at the Reef for almost 3 years, and I moved out because my career took me outside of Wisconsin. I enjoyed my apartment unit, the complex, and Matt & Eileen at the office. Matt & Eileen were great to work with and always went the extra mile for me. I hope that my next apartment experience is just as nice as the one I had at the Reef. If I come back to the Tosa area, I'll look to live here again. Five stars!!
