Went and got my hair twisted yesterday not only did she make the twist smaller than what I wanted, she trimmed the outline of the twist which she would do with my braids as well. But this time In doing so she cut my hair. Now I only know she cut my hair because I ended up taking them down the same day because they wouldn’t stop shedding because she trimmed them to much trying to make them look neatly. I went up to the shop to let her know she cut my hair and asked about the refund policy. She wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to explain to her, Now because my hair is long she claims that my hair would be short if she cut it. Common sense would tell you it’s possible to cut the real hair if it’s twisted in the weave🧐! I’m seeing that she doesn’t have common sense and I will not be going back!!!!. The said thing is you’d think she’d listen seeing as how I went to the shop more then once for braids. SAD!!!! And very unprofessional to a loyal client!!!!!! Be aware!!!!!!
