Had a very sick Frenchy. Personally spoke with the doctor numerous times in the 24hrs. my baby was there. As a nurse, I feel that the treatment was concise and accurate. I found the entire staff to be VERY professional and skilled. There is nothing I could recommend to better the service I received. Wait time was very minimal. In the time I spent in the reception area, I observed all staff to go above and beyond. Yes, emergency clinics are all "pricey", but I feel my Bebe got the treatment and attention she deserves. I especially was enamored with the fact that I received a complete and very detailed description of all services rendered, including copies of labs, tests, etc. Kudos and two thumbs up for Blue Pearl of Gainesville. Our cat was in heart and lung distress and we brought him in on a Sunday. We knew it was really to end the pain. We called the hospital on the way as it was 50 minutes from our home. The room was busy with animals but they took him right in and came out 5 minutes later to say he was in serious distress and the best thing for him would be humanely ending his time here on earth. Dr Jenny, the receptionist, everyone working here was truly amazing. They understand the emotional trauma and eased our cats pain while comforting us. I would recommend this place highly. The atmosphere is kind and loving and they know what they are doing. Our bill was just for the euthanasia, nothing more. No initial checking etc. Totally fair. Kudos to this wonderful place.

We brought our 11 year old female dog here as she was having difficulty breathing and could not seem to get comfortable. They immediately took her back and began working on her. It was busy and the wait was long, but when the vet came in, we appreciated the time and care she took in outlining our dog’s condition, treatment options, and likely prognosis. We hoped for the best, but our little one was unable to recover. She had struggled for years with an enlarged heart and collapsing trachea and a strict regimen of daily pills. At all stages, I really felt that the staff was trying their best and was very caring and responsive to our concerns and ultimate heartbreak. We opted for a private cremation and our little one’s remains came back in a beautiful box with a plaque, a paw print and fur cutting. It was lovely tribute to our girl.

They were very kind to me, my dad, and my beloved furball. They went over the expenses for blood work, and made it very obvious that they cared. They recommended another place for us to go for the day that was cheaper, and that could help my cat. Unfortunately she passed away last night, but I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to help her in the beginning. Thank you for such a good experience , Bluepearl.
