Premier Pools built us an incredible custom-designed resort-style pool and spa. We brought them the vision of how we wanted the pool layout and they designed and built it exactly how we wanted. Hal was very responsive and hands-on throughout the construction. We were very impressed with the quality of the materials and the installation. We only had a couple of minor hiccups along the way but they were promptly fixed and communication was top notch. The pool was installed on time and we are loving it!

If you are reviewing pool companies and are considering Premier Pools, look no further!! They are the absolute best of the best! I know several people that have used them and was referred to their rep, Garrett. From my first interaction with him, to the final details of wrapping up the project with Leslie, I received great customer service, quick responses, and knowledgable advice. Garrett listened to what I wanted and got every detail just right. He designed a beautiful pool, spa, and deck at a price that was within my budget. From there, Hal took over the project management side of things while Blaine handled the scheduling. They worked very hard to meet deadlines and had wonderful communication. They were easy to reach with questions and concerns and always stepped in to help in any way possible. Once construction was done and the pool was functioning, Leslie took over the final details to make sure I was happy with everything. Any concerns I had, she handled immediately and even rescheduled a few things to help me along the way. Pools are not cheap, they are an investment. You get what you pay for and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. With Premier Pools, you will get quality/fair pricing, above and beyond customer service, and a beautiful oasis. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I highly recommend you use another company and if you do read the contract VERY carefully. They damaged my house, fence and pipes underground. They refuse to take any responsibility or acknowledge their mistakes. I am a very reasonable person and once they have all your money do not expect to get anything from them. All this company cares about is getting your money and then afterwards they could completely care less about you or any issues that come up with your pool. There are way too many companies in Florida and this type of business is completely unacceptable. I don’t even understand how they are still in business. I will be happy to update this review if things change but it’s been several weeks and I have made no progress. I either have to come out of pocket thousands of dollars or hire an attorney. Once again please use extreme caution with this company. Make sure everything you do or say is in writing otherwise they will just deny everything

Questions & Answers

What should the size of my pool be?

Josh Smith | Sep 12, 2019
Premier Pools of Central Florida | Sep 12, 2019

The most common preconceived opinion folks have about their pool’s size, is a range of 14’-15’ wide x 28’-30’ long. This is not always the best size for every yard. The best size is determined by having a global conversation about needs, wants and wishes as it relates to all aspects of the project and the space provided to work with, in the backyard. So, the best size is what fits all criteria. Usually a custom design for the space.

Should I get a salt system?

Yes, it makes maintaining the pool much easier, when a reliable computer chip is in control. It will cost less over time than traditional chlorine, without the potential for human error. It is less aggressive to use in the pool than traditional methods. Too much chlorine will create chloramines. Too little can grow algae and support other bacterial growth. The consistency of salt derived chlorine is healthier, safer overall and feels better to swim in. It’s basically a water softener for your pool. Buying the largest salt cell is a must for longevity and peace of mind.
