Money laundering racquet. I showed up for a speeding ticket to plead not guilty and confront the accusing officer. They don’t have to come anymore. If you are charged there is no way to disagree and stand trial. The assistant DA said all they can do is reduce to improper equipment and collect $241. Here’s the part that gets me. The judge tries to act compassionate towards to people pleading guilty and asks everyone if they need more time to pay the fines. As if he wants to do everyone a favor. After about the tenth time he does his offer someone asks if there’s a penalty for not paying today. There is!!! An extra $20 service fee is added for this compassion. No wonder he pushed it down everyone’s throat in an attempt to scam everyone he could out of the extra fee. He doesn’t even warn about it unless asked. That’s wrong

I must say I had the best experience at this court house than I've ever had at any other. The cops are very nice and helpful, the way they run things there is great, better go early like around 7 to wait up by the doors bc the line gets so long and I went and stood infront of the doors at 7:22am and I was luckily the first one.

Access to the courthouse is easy. I never have to search for a parking space. The deputies St the door Are all very friendly and helpful.

I would think with a small fee, yes. Especially in the clerks office You can go to a bank, realtor office or a UPS store in Johnston County all with a small fee. I know our UPS store charges $5 a signature/ stamp
