People keep showing up at my house to turn their Uhauls in. The address is wrong.

Where to begin. Uhaul asked my wife to provide 3 references that uhaul was supposed to contact, come 6pm no word from anyone or calls to any of the references. She calls and speaks to customer service and they tell her just to show up at the weber city location and it would be taken care of there. The address she was provided took her out in BFE Virginia out a gravel road. When she finally makes it to the location, they don't have the truck she requested. Now she has to drive back to another location to pick up another truck, not to mention is going to be late for my stepsons check-in for the fall semester of college. Never again will we use uhaul for anything, I'll just fork over the extra money and use a moving company. I'm really glad I'm at work or I would have lost my cool and made a scene of I was with her.
