We frequently stop at this gas station before hitting the highway. Today, we stopped on pump 10, we sat there for 10 minutes at the pump while it said “Waiting for Cashier” after the card had been swiped. This is unusual so we stepped inside to politely ask to see if there is something wrong with this one. There were 2 ladies at the register at the time, one being a newer lady with short hair and a chip on her shoulder. We asked our question and she proceeded to respond with, “it’s a prepaid pump sir!” -She said this to us twice. That was her only response. We informed her that we come here all the time and are aware of how the pumps work but we appreciate her checking. We will not be coming back if we can avoid it, there was no reason for such hostility or rudeness. It bothered me enough to write a review as we left. I would recommend going to one of the other 5 gas stations nearby, maybe they have nicer people who listen to their paying customers.
