Anyone can come to an orientation to become a Member! We have a lot of resources that can help you to access better housing and income, and to have greater financial stability. Above all, we're here to get to know people and work with them to help them achieve their goals, whatever they might be!

The Community Empowerment Fund (CEF) is a non-profit organization in Durham and Orange Counties of North Carolina. CEF’s mission is to cultivate opportunities, assets, and communities that sustain transitions out of homelessness and poverty.
