Still have an ongoing issue with this hotel. They have a couple of stellar employees, Dee and John, who did everything they could to make right a continuous nut roll of frustrations during our stay. Booked a room for 3, everything was as if we booked for 2...no mattress, no bedding, no pillow, no towels for the third person. We stayed for 3 nights and the service never resolved our issues. No coffee in room. Problems with the internet- literally took hours to check in. Gave us a key to someone else's room...surprise! This is my 3rd review, not to mention the numerous calls and emails. No response from management. Hotel is clean and convenient but it is poorly run. Part 2...saga continues ...in response to my previous comments to contact the manager...numerous attempts by phone and email and 2 written comment cards provided by the hotel. I have recieved No return comments or calls. I have not asked for any compensation or refund, just a solution to a problem with my stay. No reply. There are a couple of stellar employees at the front desk working on assisting me, but not a peep from management and still working on a solution.

Positive: The hotel was beautiful. I thought the bag took me to the wrong one lol! It was the best value ever. Staff even makes Starbucks coffee better than Starbucks baristas! Everyone was friendly, room was beautiful (I love the bathrooms) everything was perfect

Awesome!! Amazing place!! small problem.. When I entered the room it had a strong air freshener scent, pungent.. I discovered why when I opened the closed bathroom door, it smelled like vomit.🤢 As a nurse this odor was easy to recognize. I had just gotten off work and was too exhausted to drive the 100miles to my home. I've had some not so great experiences as a travel nurse having to stay at various hotels. I was too tired to request another room. Honestly. I didn't know what to expect, choosing not to pick the battle of "I need another room." So I kept the bathroom door wide open to allow this unpleasant scent to leave and turned up the air-conditioning unit. The odor was less concentrated overtime and I slept Extremely!! well. I chose to shower in the morning so not to be in the bathroom until the scent had dispersed. The bed slept far!! better than others I've slept in other hotels. Even though I didn't appreciate the vomit odor, I Totally enjoyed the room!! It was Fantastic in design , comfort. and decor!!

Positive: It was nice looking. Negative: Turned off key before check out and lied about it, had to go to front desk to get bedding for pull out sofa. They refused to come help make it. Charged for parking without telling me first. Just not the service level I¿d expect
