This post office is great. They are super friendly and very helpful. I dunno what the deal is with some of these bad reviews. I am willing to be these are bad customers.

This is a large post office box location so the lobby is large. The service area is comparatively small. It is busy and slow since there is usually only one person helping people. Lots of foot traffic and people dropping off prepaid packages. Best if you can do prepaid and drop it off.

This my preferred USPS. Mr. Ronald W. there is a hardworker who goes above and beyond to help you.

Update: I continue to have miserable experiences with this post office. The supervisors will not pick up the phone, my mail gets delivered multiple times when I have a hold, some employees at the counter are so rude. Really wish I could change post offices because this is the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t hold your mail when you have a hold scheduled. They don’t pick up the phone after your mail was delivered during a mail hold either. I have multiple packages sitting on my porch and no way to get the issue solved by this location directly.
