I wonder what the weather is like on the high horse that they have placed themselves on. Clearly delusional and ignorant about their ridiculous false sense of self. I was going in to inquire about services as aa rude, employees brushed off my questions. I wouldn’t go there if all the services were free…. I have no use for people who have trouble recognizing that other people are on earth too. Wake up and have some class.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I purchased a gift certificate for my mom to celebrate her birthday. She received a facial and massage last week and indicated she was treated poorly, asked to pay a balance on her account (which was not possible because she used a gift certificate), pressured to purchase many different products, and told she was required to tip. Her experience was not relaxing, but rather uncomfortable and stressful. I called the spa after her appointment to discuss what happened with a manager. My information was taken and I was told a manager would call me back the following day. This never happened. Shameful customer service, poor communication, lack of ethics and morals. Two thumbs down.

Enjoyed my visit the young lady was very Nice I think she did an awesome job until the end went in truly cause I had this black head on my face between my eyes and nose bothered me.so i decided to go get the facial and all those imperfections she removed off my face.kinda Dim in the back.when I got in my car I could plainly see what Pushed me to go in the first place was still there.So i went back in.asked for her she came out I showed her and she said k sorry i missed it very black and she says come to the back .this where it went wrong .she sat me down.put no moisture on my face and began to extract the black head and says this is gonna hurt some cause its dry.my question in my head was than why do it dry she did it anyway yes it hurt I took it.than she says I got some let’s just save the rest for next visit.so I called back and canceled everyone was nice but I did not appreciate the end part!!

Called several times to cancel and left two voicemails. No one called me back and after a 4th time calling I asked to cancel but they rescheduled my appointment for later in the day. They are very disorganized and I have never had any issues at other locations before.
