We got a puppy in March 2022 and purchased the puppy package. They have taken care of us every step of the way! The staff is very helpful and accommodating, they answer all of our questions when we have them. Her vaccinations went well with them. Highly recommend this vet.

Sorry I don't know if they handle birds
I have to say my dog had the same problem and that's why I went to the vet. I recommend the flea treatment that they gave me for her and it was called Comfortis. It got rid of her problem almost immediately. It's kind of pricey I think around $100 but it's well worth it and that's for 6-month Supply. You can give her or him all the bad guys in the world it won't work I tried. Now if it's something other than fleas you may have to go to the vet. I hope this helps.
