Banfield Pet Hospital is always a helpful place to take your animal. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They didn't have space in their schedule for my dog but they recommended that I take her to another location that was able to perform the minor procedure the next day.

Why can I not give as negative star??? Waited for a couple of weeks to get in to get my dog's ears checked. Called and explained many times what I needed. Instead the did an ear cleaning, and then said, we recommend you see the vet. DUH and DOUBLE DUH that is exactly what I said before. Now I was charged $52, and the money is not the issue, for nothing. And now I still have to go back another day to get an ear swap and pay another $50 something and take more time off of work to drop and pick up. And so cost me $$$ today with some lost time at work, then gotta go back and to top it off my CASEY is so not comfy with whatever is going on with her ears. UGH!!!! This place drives me nuts and not the first time. The people are sweet and do care for pets well. It's a matter of organization, understanding and customer care that is always the issue.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
