I spent weeks looking for a Telluride, and noticed one available at this dealership. I called and spoke to Ralph and explained how I was interested in vehicle and was driving out 2 hours from NJ for it. Ralph was very transparent over the phone and gave me all the details that stood true when I walked into the dealership. Futhermore he stayed past closing to help me learn about all the features the car had to offer. The customer service people were pleasant and respectful. I got my KIA 2016 Sportage serviced on Monday and there were no issues. Staff was great at answering my questions. I was able to sit in the lobby area and work on my computer. When my car came back it had been vacuumed and cleaned. ( I just came back from a trip it was a bit messy). I talked to other employees who love what they do. It was a delightful experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This comment below is about the dealership in Tallahassee, Fla. who sold the vehicle. It was disappointing to discover KIAs sales agreements are not transferable to relocation. I had free tires for the life of the car. ✅
