If I could give BMW of Morristown a 10+ I would! My daughter was driving home from college Friday of Labor Day weekend from WV to CT, when her car would not start after stopping for gas. She was about 2 1/2 hours from home and it was about an hour before service closed. Upon being towed to the dealership, Lauren Connelly, the Service Manager arranged for the car to be checked before they closed for a diagnosis. She also rearranged schedules so it could be fixed the following day. Because it was an older car, the part was not in stock. Lauren went above and beyond, calling other dealers to secure the part and get the car fixed while keeping us informed of the cost, timing and best way to get the car picked up. The dealership staff was gracious and let our daughter sit and wait for the 2 1/2 hours it took for us to arrive. The car was fixed the following day, and keys were left with Mohammad Soheb for us to meet on Monday, Labor Day for pick up. This dealership and the employees go above and beyond, work as a team with the common interest to serve customers and deliver excellence. I would highly recommend BMW Morristown to everyone local. Thank you again for making an unpleasant situation a great experience.
