Brilliant place, the instructors are all very patient and great teachers, knowing exactly how much input should be given without overwhelming feedback that gets confusing and stressful. The kickboxing classes are quite good, and are organised in a Basic/Advanced system where you get your form and other basics down solidly before moving into more complex lessons or sparring if that’s your thing. the head instructor Brian is a feat of human knowledge and movement, he knows everything there is to know about what he teaches and is spectacular at instruction. The size and passion of this review speaks for itself in regards to how i feel about Elite Training Center.

Everybody is amazing and all the coaches are so motivating and they make me feel like basically family. Yes we have Kali Martial Arts classes. We are pleased to present Filipino martial arts as part of the curriculum at Elite Training Center. The rich history of this expansive system draws on global influences as readily as it affects martial arts styles all over the world.
Yes. We offer self-defense training for kids. We have Youth CMMA for kids ages 8 to 12 years, and Kids Martial Arts (CMMA) for Kids Ages 4 to 8 years. Give us a call and book two Free Trial Classes for your child.
Very few of our students enter the school in the shape they want to be in. We encourage everyone participate at his or her own level. Your strength and endurance will naturally improve as you continue to train. If you need to step out for any reason during the class, that is fine. We’ll encourage you to continue, but there is no pressure to perform. We want you to be healthy on the inside and the outside.
At Elite Training Center, we take our responsibility of role model seriously. Your child will learn the principals of kindness, discipline, respect and strength as they train. Our instructors ensure each student maintains their dignity and self worth whenever they are faced with a new challenge in class. The goal is to help them carry these over into their everyday life.
Congratulations on taking the first step. We believe everyone needs self-defense. A number of our students are over 50. You will find that our students, young and old, show respect and kindness towards other students.
You are no different than the majority of our students. We actually enjoy working with anyone who has a strong desire to learn, even if they have never taken other martial arts. Old habits are hard to break, but we want to help you build new, better ones.
We encourage you to participate in a variety of classes. All have their advantages in different situations. You really won’t know which ones work for you until you try them, which is why we offer a free trial membership that allows you to participate in almost all of our classes.
