The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! It’s impossible to get a hold of somebody they don’t make it priority to really help you as a customer. I’m sure their excuse is they’re too busy. Yeah the product might be good but the people on their customer service team really need to Get out of that field if they’re not gonna provide customer satisfaction!! I don’t understand but this makes me want to just buy a canopy from Walmart or Costco and not their brand I’ll settle for any other brand as long as I don’t have to deal with poor customer service. this place has really gone downhill in the past few years or so. Prices are getting more expensive and I don’t see no improvement when it comes to actual product. I think they’re running out of ideas and just slapping anything together and putting a logo on it to make it look cool. I personally know that management is poor and they do not take care of their people. It is unfair and a disgrace to the entire workforce that they take advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here to ezup!

Canopy itself is great. Customer service is another story. 4 days to get ahold of someone. They claim they are out of the black canopy tops but are selling the canopy bundle in black so they clearly have them.

Yes It can be repaired..
E-Z Up offers up to a 10x20 in the Endeavor. Very strong. A reseller had a video on their site with their rep doing pull-ups on a truss of the Endeavor. And yes, they do custom in-house at their facility in Norco. My wife works there.
Depends on your model. I just went through this and model I had was discontinued. They offered a discount on a new model with a camo canopy top.
Yes they have a showroom and displays to look at and choose from go through the red door to enter
I always leave the canvas top on when I collapse my EZ Up. Then I slide the bag over the top and flip it over to zip the bottom. That is, if you cover is the zipper style.
Yes but it might be more cost effective to get a new one altogether.
