MY rating is actually negative infinity! Horrible place. Horrible workers. I have never seen it so bad in the whole world. Three hours late and they forget to deliver the pizza with the order !!!!! This sheer level of incompetence I have never ever seen. The whole store should shut down and people taken to task. Get another group in there. They are a stain upon humanity !!! Similar issues earlier two times. CEO Richard E. Allison Jr. is way overpaid. Hopefully he takes customer complaints seriously. Or maybe not since he is busy selling his stock options this month !!! @Dominos

35 minute delivery that turned into over an hour. Not great but excusable with only 1 delivery driver. Slightly wam pizza that's not what we ordered. Not excusable. Not sure how mushrooms get confused with sausage. ** Update: We were offered credit to come back again which we did take advantage of. We picked up rather than have delivery and the guy at the counter was friendly. I app the gesture, I just wish things had been smooth the first time around. **

Order pizza online then got a phone call saying the type of crust I order was unavailable. I asked for a refund and over a month later still haven't gotten it. Now that its 30 days have passed asst manager Paul claims I have to visit the store to get my OWED refund. Dominos just lost a familes worth of loyal customers.
