Hey, thank you Akahlea for working tonight. You had a huge line and I know you were doing your absolute best to serve customers as quickly as possible . It was 11:00 pm and there was a huge rush of people and you stayed cool, stayed kind, gave suggestions for replacements of things your store ran out of. This is the best service I have ever seen at a DD/BR. While some people may have gotten frustrated with the long wait on the drive through, I am sure they did not know the whole story of why it wait was so long. And you were not the reason for it. You were what made the long wait worth it!

Don’t go to this store!!!! The employees are super slow and you’ll be in the drive thru line forever. Their owner needs to teach them customer service and even fire them. They’re making a joke out of this store and are probably working under the influence.

This place is so bad.I went in the drive thru at first and waited for about 25 minutes,then decided to park and go into the store.And the staff are so ghetto being on their phone talking to things not even work related and cussing in front of little kids.I left at 6:00pm.when I got home it was 8:45 just for five items.Do not go to this store.

Mannn I got a vanilla shake and it tasted like breast milk lol yes breast milk I know how that taste cause I taste mines too make sure I didn’t warm it too hot for my baby boy .. NEVER AGAIN lol
