Dining room was closed yet there was a table sitting in there eating. Plenty of employees. Would not substitute cod for the nasty pollock. Manager or key person was coming back from little Ceasars. What is going on in Fairlawn?

They close at 10 pm, we drove by at 9 pm thinking they were closed because all the lights were out, even the order menu. One of the workers were outside and we asked if they were open and he said no, we're closed, then said, no we're open til' 10. I guess they were trying to leave early, idk.

This is not a good Long John's Silver's... I was excited to see they still had some chains out here as all closed in my parents area before I moved. I usually go to the one in Christiansburg VA the food is hot, fresh and have never had any problems the staff is nice too. Since I was in Radford I went through the drive-thru to get my usual. Three seashares (fish, chicken and shrimp) As I was pulling away I noticed the shrimp was fried hard and crusty as if it was refried to warm it. I went back through to get a fresh one no apology was given. When I took the food home my roommate and I started having bad reactions to it. Even warming up left-overs today tore up our constitutions. I called and asked to speak to a manager not happy paying over 30 dollars for food poisoning. I was ask if I had my gall bladder removed and sometimes the grease can do that to you. Then told she couldn't do anything at all needed to call back on Tuesday to speak to the store manager. I will be calling but I will never return to this expensive laxative fast-food joint again. I now fear the community around them and their gall bladders...

Wow not sure what happened to the rice bowl but obviously false advertising by LJS. Just had to measure what was in the bowl because I immediately said “boy did I get ripped off”! Half cup of rice and 6 shrimp, did not even cover the bottom of the bowl. Be aware, you will still need to cook dinner.
