Our last few experiences at the Marysville location have been really bad. We’ve ordered through the app, and half the items are missing from the bag. No excuse for that. They are constantly out of items (queso and viniagrette more often than not) and I’m fully aware there are supply issues right now, so I would give them some grace, but when you’ve already paid for something they’re out of they won’t give you a refund in the store but make you call some customer service number and wait on hold forever. This may be a corporate issue but it’s really frustrating.

It was your average Chipotle experience. The staff fulfilled the orders quickly and the food was of good quality. The restaurant was clean and they had persons going around making sure the tables were cleaned off quickly. Most of the people ordering from this location are picking up orders or otherwise taking them to go. It seemed like there were a lot of people going through there with almost no wait of significance. If you are in the mood for Chipotle, then you should not be disappointed visited this store.

So I’ve worked at chipotle for 8+ years, I worked in a resturantour store at one point and even made it up to apprentice. I’d like to say I was very good at my job however I quit due to management problems with the gmat the time. I understand being short staffed I’ve been there done that too many times to count so I understand the struggle completely. Now I’m pretty disappointment in my experience here today especially with the knowledge of chipotle, being as I worked there for so long. I’ve notice so many things that I know for a fact are in the no no sections of the chipotle world. First off I had notice that employees have necklaces hanging out of their shirts and air pods, that’s right air pods in their ears as they are working these are considered physical contaminants if they were to land in the food. Not only that it is a safety problem if there was an alarm that went off and they didn’t hear it they could get hurt. I then noticed an employee sliding all over the place because he wasn’t wearing non slip shoes, I notice he even almost fell. Now them floor are pretty slick but I could tell they were not non slips. I also proceeded to watch not one, not two, but 3 employees with gloves on handle food then wiped their hands on the back of their pants and then go back to handling food. Did not wash their hands nor change their gloves. Now that’s just disgusting. I’m also disappointed in the fact I didn’t see a single employee smiling or greet anyone. Just stood there and stared at you I didn’t feel welcomed nor did it feel like a friendly environment. The food was good I enjoyed the food except we threw and entire handful of lettuce on my bowl and I didn’t even ask for it 😅 and by the time I went to say something she had the bowl closed up and thrown down the line. And when I got home I noticed I never got the guac I asked for that was sad but mistakes happen I get it completely. A bit more communication from the employee to the customer would be nice too like repeating back the order and such. Just a few things I wanted to point out not even mad just disappointed in seeing how many safety violations not just for customers but the employees as well. It can be dangerous working in a kitchen and thats why there are so many protocols and rules to fallow. I just figured I’d share my experience and hopefully things will turn up for the better for you guys! Keep up the hard work and smile a bit it’s good for you! Don’t give up, practice makes perfect and it’ll get better
