Definitely will be returning again! I'm terrible with names - I had a young female worker assist me today and she was incredibly patient, kind and helpful during the whole shopping experience. It was starting to get busier shortly after I arrived and she still remained calm, cool and collected. I also loved having a 3D foot scan done it was so interesting to learn all this important information on my feet ! Well done Road Runner Sports!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I called for a specific pair of shoes before going in store and was helped by Connor, he had the shoes I needed set aside for me before I arrived. I was happy to sign up for their rewards program that allows for 90 returns on all products, much longer than their competitors. I will absolutely being using them in the future for all my shoe needs.

Hannah was great! I've been buying running shoes here for several years and she was the best fit expert I've worked with during this time. She took the time to do a full evaluation, made recommendations based on what she found and explained everything in detail as to why she was making a recommendation. Hannah was really great, I learned so much about my foot and stride that I never knew about before. They have amazing technology that gets a unique profile of your foot.
