Terrible. Ordered at 12:49, it finally showed up at 2p. I tried to call & call this location, but no answer. My sandwich is smothered in mayo. Barely any lettuce. 1 tomato slice. Warm soda. I ordered through the app, which routed me to this location. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered & the 2nd time it’s been awful. If this is where my order HAS to go thru, then I won’t order again. Wasted my lunch & my money.

Location was significantly worse than other jimmy johns. I order jimmy johns through work multiple times a week and other locations went above and beyond this one. My sandwich was so small and lacking toppings I almost threw it away without eating it at all.

We liked them the first time we order. Second time they put little to no meat on the kids sandwiches. 3rd time they called and told us no delivery driver was on shift and the dude working was a arrogant kid who couldn’t even discount our order for the inconvenience and Inconsistency.We are sorry for your experience and we want to share it with this location’s owner.
