I'd give them a better review if their Drive Up service wasn't *the worst one* of every Target in the area. Literally. Some days you better have your order in by 8am if you want it ready by 3pm, other days you can put it in at noon and it's ready by 1. Usually it's the longer wait. The app should not say ready within 2 hours for this location, because it rarely is. And don't bother mentioning it to the manager. They do not care. The employees don't care. No one here cares. Target is also one of the better paying retail jobs in the area, so idk if the culture here just sucks or if they only hire people who don't care?

This is the worst Target I have ever been to. The manager never has enough cashiers maybe 2 other than the one monitoring self check out. Trying to ask an employee for help reaching something off the top shelf and they completely ignored and walked away. I had to climb the shelf in order to get my dog food because there was absolutely no other target employee anywhere to be seen. I’d rather go into WA and pay sales tax rather than deal with this poorly ran store.

Updating my review from 2 stars to 5 stars because of the AMAZING service I had at drive up today. The employee was ALREADY there with my items in his hand BEFORE I parked and clicked “I’m here.” I didn’t catch the employees name but he was a younger Asian man. The real MVP. I also went inside the store today to go to CVS and the service was great (they do make you wear a mask at the pharmacy). While I was waiting for my prescription refill I was browsing and there were lots of great products at reasonable prices; and the place was clean. Very happy after my interactions today so a well deserved 5 star upgrade!
