Very nice people. Dropped my comforter there and they washed it and folded it and wrapped it in a nice plastic bag. I will open it in November. I am looking forward to a nice surprise.

My husband and I just left from there and it was empty except for one guy that was washing. The little old lady that is normally there was somewhere in the back. As soon as she sees us coming in, she comes and stands in between the washing machine we were about to use and tells us that we need to use one that was already being used and wanted us to wait 9 minutes! Why when nearly almost all of the washers were empty?! We didn’t say anything, but went to the washers in the front where she told us. She follows us there and is still bothering us about what washer to put our clothes in! I literally just got all of my stuff out of there and left. There is no need for harassment while washing and someone needs to look into her because she seems to do it every time we go. At this point it seems like a race issue.

I have not had any problems with this place, oh yes they do have machines out of order but they are marked as out of order it's clean, the staff is friendly, I will say it's 10xs better than the wash and wear laundry facility on glessner ave.

The current worker is coked out or something. Didn't understand what an extra rinse cycle was and spent 20 minutes trying to work a quarter into a vending machine. Other then that. Simple place but dumb emplyes. 2 stars.
