Exceptional customer service. Jonathan was amazing. This is the only Verizon store I will frequent in the future. I was considering switching carriers due to extremely poor service I received earlier that day at a corporate store. But Jonathan took the time to answer all questions, sold me the phone I wanted, in the color I wanted, set it up for me, and then transferred all my data to the new phone.
