The staff is not very helpful and rude. You go in for them to give you guidance and they give you attitude. Unfortunately I live here and I drove to Delano and got the help I needed with the problem I had.

8/1/22 I give one star to the first lady who assisted me in window #3. She was not “nice”, neither rude. Then when after takes the tests, I saw the prejudice and rudest manager talking with the lady with the red round face, I guess on window number 8. Between both, they agreed to pass another person not in line before me. Then when it was my turn the lady with the red round face stood up and went to talk to the ugly attitude manager and didn’t assist me. Then the other lady next to her assisted me also with her stinky attitude. That place is full of women with anger, bitterness and unhappiness who shouldn’t be working there since you pay them with your taxes to assist you, not to make the time you are doing business there miserable.

Went for a permit test around 2:30pm and the systems were down till 4:30pm and they kept telling us to keep waiting and then the lady told me to go to another dmv but it was already 4:30pm and too late to go to another one, wasted time there waiting for nothing please fix the systems dmv do better…

You need proof of address, if you have the consular registration, just that ID is enough, but if you don't have it then you will need two forms of identification, they can be: passport, voter ID, driver's license from your country or another ID deemed valid by the DMV.
