They do accept section 8, and I believe the waiting list opens in August just called him and asked him when it's open again.

There are always apartments coming up for rent and they go through the applicants fairly fast when they do come up. Your best bet is to stop by Monday through Friday between 9am to 4pm and talk to the manager or even call first. (951)9229510. The managers name is Kathy and she is the only one who can tell you exactly what your wanting to know. I have lived here for 4.5 years and have heard that they are doing the process a little different since I moved in but I dont know the specifics. Have a good day and good luck.

Honestly when i went Kathy was super nice and helped me out by bumping me up on the list. I had a family emergency situation and she helped me. So u might get lucky but either way go get on that list asap
