I have lived here since 2014 and everything has been pleasant. The manager and owners always seem to have everything clean and up to date. Our apartment was not remodeled at the time we moved in but we knew that coming in. They have their own washers and dryers in the apartment complex. Which is very Convenient instead of going to the laundry mat. Anything that needs to be fixed is usually taking cate pretty quickly. Thanks Matt and Michelle.

I know of some people who stay in apt 3251 and there are a lot of people living there. I'm pretty sure they are not all supposed to be living there from what I hear. I'm a neighbor and I always here them yelling at their grandchildren. Also, there is always a guy outside smoking by the garage. I thought it was supposed to be a smoke free community?🤔

We have been living here for 2 years and we love it. The apartments are beautiful, very acsessible. They are very clean and management is the best! Highly recommended if you have family.

Stinky 10 year old carpet. Drywall falling apart everywhere...what a run down dump. They use to be good, clean, affordable. Now it's opposite!
