You have to have one to get on the base
No, but the closest gas station is the marathon on alum creek and london-groveport Rd, probably 1.5 miles from the front gate.

I'm not located on the base, but I'm pretty close to it. Civilians can not shop there due to them not having a military ID. Military IDs are required to access the base, and for making purchases.
There is not, it is a small Shoppette, with a small clothing and sales section, alterations, and small Class Six. Closest commissary is on Wright-Patt.
Note- Google maps is WRONG location for the PX. You must enter through military security gate for access. And Vause Rd is closed.
They have a very and i mean very limited stock on electronics . I would call and ask before going.
