The younger girl at the front desk was real nice and helpful. The older manager is judgemental to say the least. I think the rooms are decent and the location is good though.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff at the Extended Stay Dublin! The front desk was welcoming and helpful immediately upon arrival. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Aura, the housekeeper, has gone above and beyond. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need for long-term stays and the kitchen is great. When we had a minor issue with the refrigerator, maintenance delivered a brand new one to our room in less than an hour. Great price, great location - would definitely recommend!

Hotel staff was awful. It seems they have less people working in a slow manner. When I tried to check-in around 10pm, there was nobody at the front desk. Then I tried to use phone over there to call any personal: No answer! Then I called the customer service, they tried to reach hotel personnel: No answer! After waiting over 20 mins, one lady came to the front desk and I told her that I was waiting here for over 20 mins, she said she’s sorry but apparently she was not because she was very slow and talking to her family members during the check-in. She was relaxed like nothing happened. Then about the check-out time, there was NO personnel at the desk TOO! We were 3 customers waiting there. I again waited about 15 mins to check-out. About the cleanliness, I don’t recommend because there was something black on the mattress. Room was not clean at all.
