Don't come here. The staff os very nice but there are many issues. Wifi drops constantly. No port in room for internet so forget working from room. Housekeeping will clean you room only once every 2 weeks. The rooms need deep clean. Spider webs everywhere. The management allows very loud music to play in courtyard on Sunday when residents are trying to relax. Just stay somewhere else!

Breakfast is always missing something whether it be milk, juice even water sometimes. Laundry room is small and is out of order. Pool is not open. I could tell the room wasn’t cleaned before I checked in, and my dishwasher had old food stuck to the bottom. From my understanding this hotel used to be really good but now that it’s under new management It has really been underwhelming. I’m still staying here so I’ll update it at the end of my stay.

This was the WORSE stay I ever had in my entire life. Not only was the Front Desk Girl act annoyed and angry because I was checking in, got the same attitude the next morning from same person, but the day I left, I started having ID Thief on my credit card and the next a different credit card was completely gone. They must have stolen my information when I was walking my dog; I even remember when I got back to the room my door key was dead; guessing they program a new one for THEIR use. I found a dead bed bug too; couldn't sleep after that. Plus, this is WAY over priced; there wasn't a single amenity. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE; PLEASE!!!!

I have stayed at several other Sonesta ES locations in the past and typically had good experiences. The problems with this location was not the staff as they were polite and helpful. The condition of the room on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. Our room had a great floor plan with two bedrooms, a full kitchen and seperate living area. However, the TV in one bedroom did not have a picture, only sound. The kitchen faucet was mounted so loose I had to use two hands to turn the water on as I felt it would be ripped right off of the counter. One of the headboards was torn very badly and looked terrible. We found several stink bugs in the room which my infant daughter almost grabbed one. The sofa was also stained and torn and had makeshift covers over them to "hide" their poor condition. Cobwebs were in on the bathroom ceilings, one of which had a dead spider. Also, there was a fireplace as advertised, but was inoperable. Lastly, the windows were so drafty, my wife had to use coat hangers and a blanket to cover them to prevent our daughter from getting too cold. I would not recommend staying here.
