I was dissapointed during my last visit. I attempted to pick up my clothes on a Saturday during posted hours, but the doors were locked and the store was closed. I left a voice mail asking when they would reopen, but I never received a call back. I made a second attempt to pick up my clothes and they were open. The teller simply stated thay they were short staffed.

First of all I know u get a lot worse stuff through that laundry mat than my dog peeing on a blanket that needs cleaned, 2nd of all why are you asking me what’s wrong with it in the first place? NEVER have I ever seen such horrible and rude service. Havent been back since as there is another cleaners not even a mile down the road, their reviews are a lot better too, and guess what? They don’t ask me why I’m cleaning something as that should honestly be confidential and your business only.
