Today is Sunday and the library is generally closed on Sundays. Monterey Library might be open. Check hours on line.

Yes take the books to St Mary's on Central Ave. Monday, Tuesday or Friday mornings would be a good time
Loaned out at this time. You can download a free album off the library website though. Monterey City library has some now.
