0 stars for the whole company!!!!!! Randomly decided to close my account DURING THE PANDEMIC, no fair warning, emails regarding the closure, or a call saying it was closed. My card just started getting declined, I was transferred three times, one agent stating there was $16,000 of fraud, the next agent who was in Fraud said there was no fraud, then 5 account specialist in closures got all tight lipped and couldn't all of a sudden due to terms and conditions tell me why the account was closed and it is their right to close accounts without further warning or reasoning q
