FINALLY a place that allows customers a chance to enter the building. very nice greeting and ordering. def will come back here when in the area. One note of disappointment - no cherry coke. that is my only takeaway but not enough to take away a star. entire experience was easily 5 stars - would give more if possible

Stopped by Sat 25 July 2022 3:30pm. Employees and management were complaining with each other about running out of food and getting orders wrong and finger pointing each other. Lines and orders were backed up. They got my order wrong. They gave me a A cheeseburger instead of the deluxe burger I ordered. Waited in line for 10 minutes to tell them and waited more minutes after but they never fixed my problem I had to go back to work so I just eat my $6 cheese burger. Avoid this place

This wendys was horrible. We love wendys, not just for the did but how efficient and accurate they are. You won't sit in a drive thru forever like some places - but this wendys in Layton was a joke! There were 7 cars total in drive thru (inside was closed!) And we were in that drive thru waiting to order for 39 minutes!!! THIRTY-NINE MINUTES! And that was just to order, not even getting our food! And the jr hamburger we got had 6 rings of onion lol, and alum the condiments including 4 pickles (too much, and all stuck together) were on one side in one spot. If my daughter didn't want their chicken nuggets so bad I would never have waited that long at a drive thru. But I can promise I will never go back there. Even with the employee shortage there was zero reason to wait almost 45 minutes for food (44 min total). We hit 2 drinks a jr hamburger and a 6 piece nugget. That's it! Not even fries! No one was pulled forward, everyone waited at the same window to pay and to receive their order. It was a joke.

I ordered 5 shakes at the drive thru and when I got home I discovered that they were not filled to the top of the cup. 2 inches from the top of the cup. I ordered medium and got a small serving. Seriously, they couldn't add the .02 cents more ice cream to fill the cup? With a less than 5 minute drive home the ice cream was already significantly melted. That has never happened before. Wendy's are usually frozen for a while to the point where a straw cannot be used. $12.00 WASTED! You dropped the ball on this one guys!
