Very nice place to stay. Clean, friendly, consistent. Decent breakfast spread. Lots of seating. They keep the coffee hot and fresh. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and new feel. Smart TVs work great. Lots of walkability to restaurants and shops nearby. Maybe 20-25 min drive to downtown. Elevators can be somewhat busy. Adjacent parking garage that is fairly new, but not connected, so you have to go down the elevator from your room, then outside, then up another elevator to your car.

The hotel was very beautiful and nice. The breakfast at the hotel was also good, however, the front desk staff was rude, and the bathroom door kept getting stuck and didn't give you any privacy. The beds were also hard and not comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel with parking available for $12 a night. If you want your room refreshed with bed made, garbage taken out and fresh towels you have to call and request the service. Also, the barn door style bathroom door reduces bathroom privacy, especially if you have a room with a glass shower. It was not a bad drive to the Georgia Aquarium and the Atlanta Zoo.

Excellent Hotel, Great Rooms, Great Staff! We took a flight from Arizona to attend a family members graduation from Emory University. We were not familiar with the Atlanta area, and were thrilled to find this Hampton Inn based upon reviews on both Google and Trip Advisor. When we arrived, the staff member we interfaced with was excellent....great customer interface and pleasant. We parked in the parking garage next door, which was affordable, safe, and the next building to the hotel. We asked for and received extra towels since we were in and out of the room over a three day period. Our room, which had one king bed, was spacious and nicely appointed. We interfaced with the General Manager, Jerry Roach, who was extremely friendly and who helped us to understand the variety of eating establishments around the immediate area. We had a rental car and found it quite easy to arrive at the hotel from ATL ....the ride from the Airport was quick and not complicated at all. Our ability to get to the Emory campus quickly was uncomplicated as well. Fifteen minutes at most. Starbucks is easily accessible by car; approximately 12 minutes away and not hard to find. Overall, this experience was a 10/10. Congratulations Mr. Roach and your staff for a top notch hotel experience.
