Great service and location, nice rooms but the design of the building is not conducive to allowing guests to sleep. The walls are thin and most rooms face the indoor courtyard that echoes and amplifies sound. Folks were gathered and loud enough in the courtyard to prevent sleep into the wee hours of the morning. If I were to stay here again, I would only stay in an exterior room NOT on the courtyard.

I was there for a conference and decided to have a water balloon fight with some of my colleagues. The staff here went above and beyond to find us a faucet that would allow us to fill all of the water balloons at once using a hose nozzle. We had a great time and really appreciated all of the people who worked with us to fulfill such a strange request (once we assured them that the fight would not take place in their hotel, of course). The conference was lively too and their rooms worked very well for it.

Our van broke down on the highway so we had to book a room quickly for the night. The customer service was great! When we arrived we were greeted with water and a quick room upgrade. I do not remember the mans name, but he was very accommodating. Their service to our room was fast when we asked for anything extra and our room was very clean. Although we did not plan on staying here, I would highly recommend it. I

We stayed here only for a single night. The location for traveling in and out of the city was very good. It was nice to have on-site parking that was not exorbitant. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The rook was very clean. Staff at the front desk were quick checking people in and were very friendly.
