So slow it’s ridiculous!

Extremely disappointing experience with the pharmacy today. First, I heard the employees speaking badly about a customer who was on hold on the phone - I understand that customers can be rude & you may want to speak with your coworkers about it, but it shouldn’t be loud enough for other customers to hear. Not professional. Second, I was told that my meds were not ready yet and they needed about five more minutes. I was told to sit down & wait, and they would call my name when the meds were ready. I was sitting for about 30 minutes (being the only customer for about 20 of those minutes) when I decided to go check on the status. I asked if my meds were ready and the cashier said “yeah.” I’m confused and frustrated at the fact that they didn’t call my name, especially since I was sitting right there. I noticed the same thing happened to another lady while I was there. I chose this pharmacy because it is the closest to my house, but I will definitely be switching. None of the employees were friendly and this is not an experience I would like to repeat.

Notified twice of prescription having been filled and ready for pick up. Twice told upon arrival it is not ready. Latest time told it will be ready in an hour. Call them next day to be told it is. Or yet filled and will be ready by the evening…we’ll see. Will be changing pharmacies in any case.
